Author Description Ray Burnett has had an active engagement with Irish - Scottish cultural, social and political affairs since the 1960s. He edited <i>Calgacus</i>, the Scottish review of politics, current affairs, history and the arts from early 1975 to Spring 1976. In the 1980s, he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Scottish and international literature, arts and affairs magazine, <i>Cencrastus</i>.
